Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in time is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards.

Check-out time is strictly by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs must be requested in advance.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use the balcony/patio area (if available) with the windows closed, and use the provided ashtrays.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 08:00 AM.

No Parties or Events: Unregistered visitors or parties/gatherings are strictly forbidden. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.

Energy & Water Conservation: Please turn off the air conditioning, heating, and lights whenever you leave the apartment.

Garbage & Recycling: Please separate waste according to local recycling rules (Organic, Plastic/Metal, Paper, Glass, Residual) and dispose of it in the designated bins.

Care of Property: Please treat the apartment, furniture, and appliances with care. If anything breaks or malfunctions during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can fix it.

Keys & Security: Always lock the main door when entering or leaving the property. A replacement fee will apply for lost keys.
